Press Release, Tuesday 13 march 2012
We are very proud to be able to announce the Welsh Focus Inaugural Conference.
The conference will be taking place at the Plas Hyfryd Hotel, Narberth, Pembrokeshire on Wednesday 4 April, 2012. Six months work has seen us grow in range and reach to the extent that we plan a day of prominent speakers with an opportunity to meet and network with all kinds of key players.
We are campaigning for change. In the New Age of Austerity we believe that investment in people with regard to accessibilty issues can bring long term benefits for everyone.
At a time when there are so many critical economic and practical questions for communities right across the country, together with questions about the whole future of social cohesion, we see an opportunity to promote ways of doing things that can shed new light on issues that are relevant to all sections of society.
On Wednesday 4 April 2012, in Narberth we will be showing you what we are doing and inviting you to find out more about issues that are vitally important to the future for disabled people right across Wales.
We hope that you will join us in a day of celebration, calibration and continuous revolution in the campaign to support disabled people. We have started as we mean to go on. Disabled people forming common cause, meeting together with an agenda for change.
We are all in search of access to a better life. By working together we are making things happen.
